Reconnecting us back to where our food is grown and promoting farmers and ranchers around the country who don’t have a platform.

Reclaiming Our Food System, One Bite at a Time

The food system is broken. Industrial agriculture depletes our soil, processed foods undermine our health, and corporate monopolies destroy local economies. But across America, a revolution is taking root.

The Regenaissance is more than media — we're a movement reconnecting people to where their food comes from and amplifying the voices of farmers and ranchers who are rebuilding a healthier, more resilient food future.

Why Subscribe?

Mainstream food media won't tell you about the environmental devastation caused by industrial agriculture, the nutritional decline in our food supply, or the corporate capture of our regulatory agencies. They're too busy promoting the latest plant-based ultra-processed food product.

  • Exposes the truth about our broken food system

  • Celebrates ancestral wisdom and modern regenerative solutions

The Regenaissance is built on real farms, real people, and real trade-offs.

If you’re a farmer or rancher, we want to hear from you. We’re actively seeking conversations with producers who are willing to speak honestly about how their operations work—what’s going right, what’s hard, and what regeneration actually looks like on the ground.

If you’re a writer, researcher, or storyteller, we’re looking for contributors who can document food systems with accuracy and integrity. That means spending time with producers, asking better questions, and translating complex farm decisions into clear, human stories—without romanticizing or simplifying the work.

If either of these sounds like you please email ryan@theregenaissance.co to connect with us.

Our Team

Ryan Griggs, the founder of The Regenaissance, who is dedicated to exposing the truth about our food system and providing solutions.

After ruining his health on a vegan diet while battling Hashimoto's, Ryan discovered the healing power of regeneratively raised foods and the importance of knowing your food's origins. Now he devotes himself to amplifying the voices of regenerative ranchers through his podcast and exposing modern food lies and corruption.

Brian Vincent writes at the intersection of regenerative agriculture and everyday living—translating farm-level decisions into practical, human choices. His work explores what regeneration actually means for how we eat, shop, train, recover, and support better systems in daily life.

Chris Matos writes from the perspective of someone actively learning—asking the questions most people are thinking but rarely say out loud. His work is grounded in curiosity, first principles, and the honest uncertainty that comes with learning about agriculture and food production.

We are fiercely independent, refusing sponsorships or advertising that would compromise our message.

Our work is only possible through the direct support of our subscribers.
